La Cabra is a modern coffee roastery established in Aarhus, Denmark. Putting in all their efforts to achieve the bests results, La Cabra has a very clear approach; to enhance the innate quality and complexity of the coffees they roast. Paying close attention to their raw material while understanding the influence of varietal, terroir and processing conditions, they offer some of the most interesting coffees we have tried so far. Their attention to detail is prominent in every single one of their coffees and is something that has to be experienced to be believed.
