If the character of coffee is said to be a result of the skill, passion and dedication of the people that grows the coffee, roasters are left with a huge responsability, for it is up to the roaster to find the right producers and to bring out the nuances and flavours of their high quality product. Helsingborg-based roastery, Koppi follows the coffee bean all the way from the soil in which it grows to the cup from which it is sipped. Along the way they make sure to work with the best people they can find and to pay a price high enough to allow the producers to reinvest in their farms and thereby constantly reach for higher quality.
